Why can’t I see my points?

Points are exclusive to the country you signed up from- so if you have a Canadian account, you can only access your points through the Canadian website. To maximize your rewards, ensure any purchase, referral or engagement is done on the same country store. If you can’t see your points, there is a country toggle in both the top left-hand side and bottom of our website to find your country.
